In accordance with the Elections Code, all election-related events organized by student clubs/organizations outside of the ASASU Elections Department, including but not limited to candidate debates and candidate open forums, must be registered with the Elections Department in order for any ASASU candidate to participate.
Student clubs/organizations that wish to register an election-related event must complete the Event Registration Form and submit via email to firstname.lastname@example.org one (1) week prior to the event. This form is to be completed by the organization sponsoring the election-related event, and not by the ASASU candidates. This form is not intended for candidates to complete to register their own campaign events.
All registered events will be posted below and advertised by the Elections Department. Any election-related event shall have a representative from the Elections Department present to ensure adherence of the Elections Code.
