Complaint Forms

Complaints can be filed against any campaign when an individual identifies alleged candidate or campaign misconduct. An example of candidate or campaign misconduct may include, but is not limited to alleged violations of the Elections Code or GPSA Bylaws.

Only members of GPSA can file a complaint against a GPSA candidate.

Only members of USG can file a complaint against a USG candidate, and complaints may only be filed against a USG Senatorial candidate by an individual in the same school or college as that candidate.

Following the submission of a complaint, the candidate will be given an opportunity to respond to the complaint.

All Complaint forms must be submitted by email to asu.studentgovelections@gmail.com  one (1) business day following the alleged incident or complaint, Response forms must be submitted within two (2) business days of a candidate being notified that a complaint has been filed against them.

**Candidates or Executive Tickets have one (1) business day following the issuance of Elections Department decision to appeal to the Supreme Court — Supreme Court appeal decisions shall be issued within three (3) business days of appeal submission.**
